Does anyone ever think “glockenspiel”?

Won’t anybody think of the woodwinds?

And isn’t the brass section just a lot of blow-hards?

Well, don’t the violinists just fiddle around?

Isn’t the percussion section just trying to drum up trouble?

And when the lights go down, is the conductor just making orchestral manoeuvres in the dark?

And aren’t the second violins just playing second fiddle?

And do the backup clarinetists provide the orchestra with their second wind?

And is the cymbal player a crashing bore?

And are the basses loaded after the performance?

Were they doing cello shots?

Isn’t there always room for cello?

How concerned should we be about sax and violins in the movies?
