“However, if you are really looking for some action, I will bet you the same thousand that you do not know the color of necktie you are currently wearing. Well?”
“…No bet.”
Well, many of us have looked at the image thousands of times. It’s interesting how little information from our experiences we retain if it doesn’t register as being important to us. But some people have better visual memory than others, so I’m kind of curious how many people actually notice and remember that kind of detail.
It’s my home page too, but I couldn’t tell you what colors are in the logo. I could probably guess one or two on the rough sense I have that they’re common colors and not bright orange or pink.
I couldn’t do it. I think the colours are red, blue, green and yellow, but I couldn’t tell you in what order. I think the first is red or blue. I do notice when the logo is replaced by a guitar.
Would be an interesting test. I agree that would be easier, but I’m not sure I’d notice if they swapped a couple around in the middle.
Would they? That would actually be a pretty interesting experiment. I mean sure if they changed the colors to fuschia and turquoise people would notice, but if they subtly changed the order up a little I bet only a very small percentage would catch it.
