For a late holiday present to my father, I’m looking for the best way to say “Survive, Recover, and Adapt,” in Latin. He needs a carved sign to hang over his door at work. The best I could come up with is “Exsisto validus, vigoratus, quod perceptum.”
I know that’s pretty awful, help me?

There are other possibilities, but I’m going to the beach so I can’t work them out. 
The three imperative forms would be: supera, convalesce, accommoda.
