Friggin “Wouldn’t it be Nice” from the Beach Boys has been in my head for 3 days.
Find The River by REM has been rattling around my head for a week now. I like it, but it’s time to move on, y’know?

Gaahhh! Make it stop! For no good reason I have “Knock three times on the Ceiling” going through my head. I have not heard this song in decades, have not read anything about the song or group…
Why its Rocky Racoon I have No idea.
Starman by David Bowie is currently rattling around in my brain, no idea why. Also Wonderous Stories by Yes.
“You’re the One That I Want” from Grease. Why? Because I just got back from Deadpool & Wolverine.
Well, if you really want it to go away just Tie A Yellow Ribbon 'Round the Old Oak Tree. Guaranteed to work.
Thanks to @Gyrate it’s Girls & Boys by Blur. He knows what he did.
I do. And I regret nothing.
From nowhere, The Ballad of Lucy Jordan by Dr Hook And The Medicine Show. Ouch. This one could be a problem. A strong dose of Hunky Dory is called for.

After seeing the IMHO sequential threads Obsolete camping advice and Nylon stockings and garter belts, I have Tom Lehrer’s “Be Prepared” going through my head.
“And if you meet a Girl Scout who is similarly inclined”
“Jane” by Jefferson Starship has been rolling through my head all day. Curiously, because I absolutely loathe Mickey Thomas’s screechy voice, but I love Craig Chaquico’s guitar part in the middle.
Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.
Been watching a video of FtGGrandkid singing that to their future sibling, currently in utero. Cute as can be. (As of today, two months to go to official b-day!)
In some other context, this would be a bad earworm. But not now.
Killer Queen.
I made the mistake of looking up the lyrics (since there were several lines I never understood).
Bah! Now I keep singing it in my head.
Actually, I cured that one with a dose of REM. Automatic For The People worked a treat. Of course, I’ve got Drive rattling round in my head now, but I don;t mind that at all.

Mostly it’s “Piano Man” because of the ongoing thread about it here.
Chappell Roan’s “Hot to Go.” I think two weeks ago I didn’t know it existed, but it plays on an off-and-on loop in my head all day. Not complaining too hard, as I think it’s a freaking awesome song.
eastbound and down by Jerry Reed (i think )but just the chorse
When a song suddenly starts playing on my mental jukebox, I often have no clue as to how it got there. All day, for reasons unknown, I’ve had an obscure 1971 Top 40 hit by a one-hit wonder band called Cymarron. The song is a little ditty called “Rings.” It was never a song I liked particularly, or disliked (it was that innocuous a song) but something must have unconsciously reminded me of it, so here we are.
