I figured, the company should know what it means (or that they think it means.) Here is their reply to me (via e-mail)
Should I ask Mr. Mitre Marketing how he arrives at that translation? 
P.S. I quoted their e-mail exactly but I’m sure there was a typo when the words “the game” were repeated. I think what they meant to say was “The term in Latin means ‘Control the Game’”.
If they mean “control” as an imperative, then “Control the Game” should be:
“Ludum tempera”
“Control the games” would be:
“Ludos tempera”.
I’m guessing they arrived at “Ludas temparo” by means of spelling errors.
Or the OP made out the letters wrong because they weren’t printed very distinctly (this was read on the inside of a shoe.)
