Rand Rover, you want to associate with us?

That’s just sad. Please get some help.

ps: No need to respond. I won’t see it.

Way to click and read this, moron, you aren’t very good at ignoring people.

The point, dear readers, is that digs feels that it’s OK to say that I have a mental disorder because I have a different political opinion than him and like to razz people on internet messageboards. However, when I say nasty and crude and lewd personal things about him (with absolutely no factual basis, by the way, as I obviously have never met his mother), he gets all offended and ignores me.

No, you have a mental disorder AND you have a different political opinion from the vast majority of the posters here. The only debate is whether they are connected or not. I believe that you have a near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others, and that led you to a political philosophy that views a near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others as a virtue.

Man, gaffa, I sure wish I could kill you and everyone you’ve ever kissed right now.

Oh wait, no I don’t.

I guess you have some proof of my “near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others” that you can post here? And if your proof is “like, all your posts, man, like, everything you say,” then you will have proven my point, which is that you simply disagree with my political views.

Just because I think society works better with limited government that does not act as a welfare state does not mean that I have a “near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others.” You are using classic “bargaing” type analysis–i.e., to prove you are not a racist, you must give something to racial minorities. You want me (and, by extension, those with my political views) to prove we do not have a “near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others” by giving stuff to poor people.

Nope, an evaluation by a psychiatrist will do nicely.

Have you ever had a psychiatric evaluation?

Actually Digs said that a lot of us have mental disorders and need counseling at least. I had a very angry response, but then the new tranqs the doctor gave me kicked in. Bottle said they were horse tranquilizers, and the pills were rather large. Ah well.

This thread is making me feel like the bums won, Lebowski.

Have you?

Wow, you really are grasping at rhetorical straws here, aren’t you?

GOOD NEWS! It’s a suppository.

Apropos of nothing, I had an illness when I was a child - I was a ventriloquist when I was 8. But I got well and have had no signs of it since I was 11.

Huh? I have never had a psychiatric evaluation because I have no reason to go to a psychiatrist. If you think this has any bearing on whether I have a “near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others” then you are a complete idiot.

Also, you are the one engaging in rhetorical flourishes. You don’t call me a psychopath, because that at least has some kind of accepted meaning (i.e., it’s in the DSM IV). So, instead, you say I have a “near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others,” which lets you weasel out of actually claiming anything if you later want to.

Ventriloquism can be cured!

Rand Rover So where are you and what DO you do for a living?

Right. So I’ll take that as an admission that you don’t have a clean bill of mental health. Thanks.

I said exactly what I meant to say, that you have a near-psychopathic disregard for the lives of others. Interestingly, most psychopaths believe they are perfectly sane.

Rumor has it he has also never been acquitted of the Nicole Simpson murder or been cut from the New York Yankees.

So what was the date of your last pshychiatric evaluation?
