No, not in the slightest. Because something else that this demographic has in common is a set of behaviors - not always, but commonly.
It is not politically correct to say so, but it is nonetheless true - poor blacks in the US are poor because they did things (or their parents did things) that caused them to be, and remain, poor. It has little or nothing to do with racism.
That Liu person in the article of the other thread’s OP is wrong - this has everything to do with behavior, and nothing to do with government relief programs. A black woman who behaves like a middle-class person - delay gratification, don’t have children until you are married, don’t hook up with some fuckhead with a criminal record and no job, etc. - is no more likely to wind up poor than anyone else, of any race.
Everybody knows this, but the race pimps deny it, because it threatens their lip lock on the public teat and their trump card excuse for every failing.
