I’ve mentioned a couple of these in other threads, but this deserves its own.

Randall Terry is the founder of anti-abortion group Operation Rescue. He’s the candidate for President of the Constitution Party.

He is running the most horrendous political ads I have ever seen. They are so bad, ABC runs a disclaimer before and after about how graphic they are and being required to show them.

The recurring theme is showing pictures of aborted fetuses.

The latest today has some Black pastor saying how Democrats take Blacks for granted and trap them with welfare checks, while trying to destroy their families.

Terry says his goal is to destroy the Democratic Party and ensure no Black or Hispanic votes D again.

Anybody else seen any of these?

Unfortunately, yes.

I’m not sure what more you’d want me to say. He’s a one-trick pony and I find him disgusting. I was slightly surprised to see he was still active/alive after all this time. Apparently he got his name on the ballot in enough states to force the media to air his ads as a “viable candidate”.

I guess I just want confirmation I’m not hallucinating.

Now that more have aired, it’s not quite so jarring, but that first one was so unexpected and so over the top, I didn’t even know who it was.

Anything that syphons off Trump voters, no matter how few, no matter how disgusting, is a plus in the winner-take-all Electoral College.

Another thread on Terry and his ads, from earlier this week. It was in FQ, because the poster wanted to know who the candidate was, and what office he was running for. (It was subsequently locked, at the request of the OP.)
