Because it’s the natural consequence of his actions. If you can fritter away 300 million so easily, you don’t deserve to have it.
Because, just like any other has-been millionaire, if you are unable to utilize such tremendous wealth to educate yourself, then all that ensues is often largely your own fault. The sum of $300,000,000.00 (<- notice all the zeroes before the decimal point?) can enable a person to figure out numerous investment structures, financial instruments and tax shelters rather quickly. Anyone who blithely runs about squandering such immense amounts of capital without advancing their money management techniques is a complete moron. Trustworthy accountants and financial managers are nice, but often prove less than honest. In the final analysis, you must acquire the skills to control your own wealth or risk becoming exactly what Tyson is right now, bankrupt.
