Amusement parks for sure. I beat myself silly on some rides but I come away with a new sense of energy and all. Shooting I could say as well but that is more a sense of peace and relaxation more than recharging. I generally don’t need rechanging very much as I tend to be more a tugboat just plodding along but when I get the chance I take it.
