Recipes for low cal baked goods

My SO is on a low cal diet and I need help with breakfast. We’re both sick of cereal, but there just isn’t time to make something every morning. I’m looking for a relatively low calorie baked good that I can make some night during the week and we can have a small amount of it for breakfast in the morning, with a hard boiled egg and a piece of fruit. So ballpark around 100 to 125 calories. Anything that’s tasty is fine, although he has some aversion to pumpkin that I still haven’t figured out. Scones or muffins might be easier for portion control/eating the car when we’re running late.
