Recommend a calendar app for Android *and* windows 7

I’m looking for a calendar app for my Android smartphone that I can load via Windows 7. The Android interface is great for one-off entries, but I want to load a semester’s worth of info in one go.

Lightning, the companion to Thunderbird.

Google Calendar. I run my business with it. I can schedule appointments, etc., anywhere, any time.

Assuming you have a Google account, why not use Google calendar? Like Clothahump said, you can use it anytime anyplace and, yes, you can load a semester’s worth of info to it. It will sync between your browser and all of your mobile devices.

Google Calendar, you can enter a new event on your phone and seconds later it shows up in your desktop browser, or vice versa. You can also share calendars and events with people. For example you could set up a work calendar and share it with coworkers.

Jumping on the Google Calendar bandwagon. My husband and I use this, and it works with his iPhone, my Android, and of course we can see and edit events via the browser on our laptops.

Yahoo calendar should work in much the same way.

You can also set your phone(s) up to use the Google contacts - so when I add something to my phone’s address book, it shows up on my husband’s shortly afterward. While it doesn’t go to my personal Gmail account’s contacts, it does go to the shared account we use for the calendar.

The advantage to LIghtning being that you aren’t storing a lot of sensitive personal information in Google’s kindly pocket.
