I said “I get completely redressed” but really, it depends. During the winter, when my house is FREEZING, I’ll put on PJ’s and a robe. During the summer, I’m usually good with a pair of panties and a T-shirt. I don’t know why, but I just don’t like sleeping naked.
I just put my boxers on. For some reason, I’m more comfortable wearing boxers than I am being naked. Even when alone.
If we just did it after climbing into bed to go to sleep, they we just stay naked. If we did it upon waking up in the morning, we get up, shower, and get dressed for the day. It’s rare that we have an opportunity mid-day to get our freak on, what with my job and the two kids and all, but in such an event, we get dressed so we can continue the day.
So, the sex doesn’t determine the attire, the time of day does.

Depends. Where am I going and what am I doing? If I’m staying in bed, I stay naked. If not, well, I’m putting on whatever is appropriate.

What’s the point of putting clothes back on? Even if it’s in the morning, I stay naked until I have somewhere to go.
We generally get up and get something to drink, use the restroom, and he’ll go to sleep before me so I get dressed in my nightshirt and he’ll put on his shorts. We have a roommate so I can’t walk around naked like I’d like.

This is why I get dressed. It seems like we’re up at some point every night - dog wants to go out, one of the kids has a nightmare, husband has a niggling feeling at 3 am that he didn’t lock the door, etc. It’s always something. Before I’m snoring, I’m dressed and my shoes are next to the bed.

Depends. If it’s bed time (like, sleeping time), I usually put on undies - I HATE sleeping without them. I have an irrational fear of my nuts twisting around if I sleep naked from the waist down. If it’s mid-day, I’ll usually also throw on a t-shirt. My standard around-the-house attire is undies and a t-shirt. My wife has to call ahead and warn me if company is coming, because I’m NEVER fully dressed at home…

As a few others have said, I tend to go to sleep immediately after sex. I’m usually naked when I do. If I lived alone and didn’t have places to be there’s a good chance I’d be naked or nearly naked all day.
Depends. If I’m at someone else’s place, and plan on getting out of the bed, I will usually throw on some undies and a shirt. If I’m at my own place, it’s probably half/half staying naked and throwing on a pair of undies and tank top. I’m a lot more likely to sleep naked when I’m alone than when with someone, though. Especially when it’s warmer. There’s something about skin to skin contact while sleeping that makes me uncomfortable/claustrophobic.
As far as the washing up, if I plan on getting out of bed, then yes I usually wash up or take a shower.
