Well, I lost interest at this point. Having recently watched The Good Place, I would have nominated Kristen Bell. 
On a more serious note, I’d love to have dinner with Lawrence Krauss or Sean Carroll, or both – OMG, all the stupid questions I have about quantum physics that could be so eloquently answered!
Unfortunately, Tyson has been known to be a real condescending/arrogant jerk to many of his fans, including students. So…you’d have to prep your granddaughter for the possibility that he’ll be in sneering-pompous mode.
Anna Kendrick. She seems like she gets into crazy hilarious situations so I’d be along for the ride and just take a lot of selfies with her so I could prove I was there. And maybe we’d sing karaoke together, because that would be fun until she asked me to please stop singing.
