I doubt this is our Cecil (what with him being immortal). But if it is Him, let’s not panic, he’ll come back on the third day. Then he’ll tell us that he’ll go for some smokes to the convenience store around the corner, and be right back, and leave us waiting for 2000 years or so.

Actually, it doesn’t look like she wrote it on the wall of that page, but the “Related Global Posts” section that it appears in merely shows all recent mentions in FB status updates of “Cecil Adams”, assuming that they’d be related to the subject in question.
See the FB page on country as an example, under nearly 250,000 pages as a “like”, assuming as a musical genre, but most of the “Related Global Posts” are about the nation-state rather than the musical genre.
