We just came back from the vet. Jerry was sixteen. He was having a very hard time moving from his bed to his food dish and litter box. It was time to let him ease off quietly.
We will miss him

He was a pretty kitty. 16 years is a good, long life for a kitty but it also means even more heartbreak when they’ve gone. Makes me miss our white Persian, Teddy - gone 8 years now. I am so sorry for your loss.
