I went to a wedding this weekend where the reception was a potluck. Brilliant idea. The food was amazing–folks from the coast brought up tons of shrimp, there were all kinds of vegetarian dishes, I made apricot cream puffs, someone ordered pizza and breadsticks for the little kids, and the mothers of the bride and groom made the wedding cake and the groom’s cake. It was awesome.
