Well, now, that’s quite a plan. I don’t know exactly what to say.

Although I am curious if any eastern MI Dopers (or anybody else) is interested in going to the Michigan Renaissance Fest sometime between August and October. Personally, I want an excuse to go up to Persephone’s house and ask her for some pie.

Anyway, I said something like this:
I’m not reviving the old thread on this because plans have changed. But as you might recall, I notified you all that two great events are happening in Ann Arbor in mid-July. The first is(are) the Ann Arbor Art Fairs. The second is the visit of EnderW24.
Ender has kindly changed his schedule so I don’t have to try to lure people to Ann Arbor twice. He will be coming in on Friday, July 19th and staying through Saturday July 20th.
I propose that those of us who want to walk around Art Fair on Saturday afternoon. Then, those of us who want to can join up (or stay) for dinner with Ender on Saturday evening. You can do either one or you can do both, depending on your preferences and your other pressing weekend engagements.
I haven’t decided on time or places yet (picking a restaurant could be a bit tricky what with an extra 100,000 people milling about Ann Arbor that day) but we’ll work something out. Post your interest here and/or drop me an email.

Bunnygirl is out of town that weekend, so she’s a no. She was our big rally-er for the Art Fair last year, so if we don’t get a group together for that (and instead just do dinner) that’s fine too.
