As to the accusations of being a jerk, appearances not withstanding. defense pleads not guilty.
If it please the court of public opinion, a gentleman by the name of Mad Dog 20/20 says he’s feeling depressed. Why depressed you ask? Good question! Why was never asked in the thread itself and the only evidence of why was submitted solely by the defendant. But Mad Dog 20/20’s posts are not the matter before this court so defense will not repeat them here. However a little searching will provide the evidence ot why Mad Dog 20/20 was depressed. Now the defendant could of patted the man on the back and said, “there, there.” Instead the defendant chose not to “create… a atmosphere in which {…Mad Dog 20/20…} can comfortably continue his unacceptable behavior” of feeling sorry for himself. And most importantly, thereby continue his pattern of behavior which caused the depression. The defendant provided to him a “discussion of how suicide works” as asked in his opening post. It is also, if the defense may dare to say, Mad Dog 20/20’s right to make an informed choice based upon all the facts, not just popular opinion.
As to the charges of being a jerk the defense asks for a dismissal and petitions the court for a countersuit against a jjimm for unacceptable behavior in the forum: About this Message Board.
