Just try to remember that every patient needs your best effort. They can’t help how many others there are, or how little sleep you’ve had, or anything else.

I very much appreciate the work that you do, I know it’s gotta be tough at times like this. Just be happy you are probably making a lot more money than I do.
Try not to take it out on the patients, they don’t want to be there either but you gotta make the best of it.
Frankly, I’d rather the OP complain here, vent frustration, then go back to work than stew in silence or vent at work.
Sure, some surely have it worse. That doesn’t mean his/her situation doesn’t suck. Your broken leg might be more serious than my broken finger, but my finger still hurts, you know? Tired, hungry, and stressed just isn’t fun under any circumstances.

A variety of family drama that was interfering with me getting to work on time, and got fired for it. Hacking it was never the problem.
Since she is part of the same “system” that is dealing with this, its kinda the metaphorical equivalent of the guys back at base bitching about how hard it is on base while ignoring the guys fighting on the front lines.
It’s days like these that toughen up one’s character and makes the other days a blessing.
