You really have no freaking clue what you’re talking about. Cram the “must haves” up your ass and try facts rather than conjecture.
This was indeed a shocking, tragic and depressing case.
But, given the state of rape prosecutions and convictions in the UK, I actually thought this case showed a little bit of progress in the judicial system, and was an example of things moving forward for rape survivors. The girl was raped orally, not vaginally - something which was only even recognised as ‘rape’ a few years ago, so the fact that these douchebags were even charged with rape is something that wouldn’t have happened until relatively recently. The (female) judge ordered the reporting restrictions on the fuckwits’ names to be lifted even though they were under 18, to help put out the message that this is completely unacceptable behaviour. And the boys were apparently completely stunned to be even charged, never mind convicted, and sentenced to an average of eight years each.
For personal and professional reasons, I follow UK rape cases reported in the media quite closely, and cases in the weeks leading up to this one had rapists sentenced to something like four years in total (even in one case where the man raped three women and the judge said they were the most brutal attacks he had ever heard of). I know of course it won’t do much in diminishing the trauma of the girl in the case, but if even one little fuckwit has thought something along the lines of ‘Making a girl suck my cock can get me banged up for a long time, innit?’ after hearing these verdicts, then good. And for the little scumbags that did it, perhaps they realise now that shoving their dicks into a young girl’s mouth is like, you know, not cool.
There have been so many depressing stats in the UK about how lightly rape is considered by many young people, male and female - girls ‘asking for it’ if they’re drunk or wearing short skirts etc etc - and hopefully this case will have caused some people to pause for thought. My heart goes out to the girl involved.
Hmmmm.
Hopefully, they will get daily “eye-for-an-eye” treatment while in their respective punitive facilities.
I take it you’ve never been to a school in a poor area. It would be great if all schools took such a personal interest in their students, but your idea that this school “must have been trying constantly to get in touch with these parents” is incredibly naive.
Somebody wants a Dictionary for Christmas!
Insufficient or lazy?
And the incredibly weak sentencing laws of the UK will give them a slap on the wrist. & they will be on the street in 5 years. Or far less.

How about some cut and paste?
Since when is gang rape commonplace?
It’s probably been around just about as long as civilization.
Wiki says about 1 in 10 rapes in the US involves multiple penetrators, which suggests the number of gang rapes is slightly higher, assuming that not all participants in a gang rape actually penetrate the victim during the crime.
I assume that number also refers only to male-on-female rape; for female-on-male forcible rape, I imagine the number is significantly higher.
