I wonder who’ll they’ll cast as Jerry, Andy, and Harris, who would all be in their early 20s now despite being infants/toddlers on the original show. Time flies!
Thank you for the warning.
Full Cast in tact?
One of the actors that plays Roseanne’s son-in-law is dead and the other one is one of the lead actor in another sit-com.
Dan is dead. I assume that will be explained somehow.
It was all a dream.
Within a dream within a dream?
I thought Roseanne had gone almost completely blind from a degenerative eye disease.
Why? Does somoene have dirty pictures of the producers, or something?
The show wasn’t all that to begin, and those actors still alive haven’t (imo) aged all that well.
Mawwage…
And I thought NBC reviving Will & Grace was strange.
Most importantly-which Becky?
[AKA the worst example of The Other Darrin, ever…]
From the link:
Will Sara Gilbert’s character play for the other team? :dubious:
I think Donna Reed as Miss Ellie Ewing on Dallas was the worst “Other Darrin”
Yet another show to avoid.
Are they calling it a reboot because it will undo the last season? That’s not what a reboot is, but it’s the only reason I can come up with for using that word.
Why in the name of sanity would they revive this?
I’ve suggested this before, but if TV executives think that they can revive any TV show, no matter how long ago it ended, I think they should revive Life with Elizabeth, which ended in 1955:
Betty White will play a 95-year-old woman who’s been widowed since 1970. She’s always told her children that she isn’t ready to date someone new, and she spends most of her time alone in her house. Suddenly in 2017 she decides she’s ready. The show will be about her wacky adventures.
Deliciously ironic thread title /OP handle.
