I was musing, for fun’s sake, about who or what a liberal counterpart to Trump would be like, and the only person I could think of was:

Rosie O’Donnell for President.
Big, loudmouthed white Caucasian person who is outspoken in left-wing views and is considered a joke; only thing she is missing is a billion dollars. Yes, she’s wealthy but not Trump wealthy, IIRC.
Oprah Winfrey for President didn’t seem the same, she’s not considered extreme although the idea of her being president would be considered a celebrity stunt just like how Trump was considered to be running for president as a publicity stunt.

Michael Moore for President wasn’t the same thing. He’s more of a pundit than a celebrity type. It would be akin to Ann Coulter running for President.
Any other hypothetical candidates?

Oh yeah, and Sean Penn, with Alec Baldwin as a running mate. Actually, any of the liberal puppets in Team America, World Police would be pretty good.

Except that even Donald Trump isn’t Trump wealthy. (IOW, he exaggerates his net worth by orders of magnitude.)

Rosie O’Donnell is one of the few Democratic candidates who would cause me to look seriously at the Republican. She’s actively hostile to education, and that’s something I cannot forgive.

Alan Grayson already exists. Ultra rich, obnoxious, an extremist, ethical issues galore, says whatever pops into his head. And his own party would just as soon get rid of him.
