Latest rumors have Howard Stern moving to Apple/iTunes in 2011 after his contract with Sirius ends (Google: Stern rumors).
Casting aside whether or not you like Howard, or whether or not you would pay to listen to him:
How would such a set-up work? iTunes radio stations are free, and he could go to a web- based platform on his own… Would this mean Apple would release an app? Wouldn’t there have to be Blackberry and Droid apps (while Apple has not been known to share new ventures) in order to not alienate a major portion of the fan base?
