Rush Limbaugh Has Lung Cancer

And he says it is advanced.

My cousin-in-law the pulmonologist says the prognosis for this is not good. He’s had a good run - 31 years, and certainly has been an influential figure in American politics.

Shodan

PS - I am hoping this can be treated as a breaking news story.

Thoughts and prayers.

He must have spent too much time near windmills.

Good.

Thoughts and prayers.

Are we sure this announcement isn’t a false flag operation to distract us from THE TRUTH?!

Whether you like him or not, there is nothing ‘good’ about cancer. I’m not a fan of Nadler but I wouldn’t say good about his wife’s cancer.

Was he a long term smoker? Or is this a case of second hand smoke or environmental carcinogens?

He was a long term cigar smoker.

I wish him all the sympathy he showed others suffering the consequences of their addictions.

Seconded.

He was a cigar aficionado.

Is Jerry Nadler’s wife an irredeemable piece of shit that has poisoned the world for 30 years?

Because I don’t see the relevance.

I’m no fan of Limbaugh, but I don’t wish cancer on anybody. So… thoughts and prayers.

Sad. Both that he has cancer (He was a smoker; I remember him talking about his “formerly nicotine-stained fingers”) and that some people have so little love in them that they are gleeful about it.

I see him as a perpetrator of divisiveness in this country, but still I don’t think its right to wish cancer on someone.

Problem is, I’m an atheist, so I just have the thoughts, and this isn’t the Pit, so I can’t have those either.

Snark aside, I don’t wish a slow painful death on anyone. I simultaneously think he’s done tremendous harm to our country and helped set human rights back by decades, and hope that he can dedicate the rest of a long life to undoing the harm he’s caused.

Moderating: I’m not going to say that posts in this thread have to be positive or sympathetic but if you feel the need to rant about him that would be better suited for the Pit.

I do not think it is proper to wish death or especially cancer on anyone, but I see it as a blessing to get his filthy mouth off of the radio.

I would also like to say “Regards”.

You reap what you sow.
