And just since December.
Announcement obviously meant to intimidate the Russians.
It would be interesting if these men were trained in the UK.

A train was derailed yesterday in Russia as a result of suspected sabotage, and the US is going to send Ukraine air-launched rockets. And Tinder has left Russia.
This is very bad. People who are getting laid are generally more peaceful and easier to get along with. Without Tinder there will be more aggressive attitudes, with peace becoming less likely.
What’s the status of Grindr?
Considering the Russian’s sent assassination squads to try to target Zelensky at the start of the invasion they don’t have too much to complain about but I suspect if this is true Putin will want to respond with something quite punishing.
He has form when it comes to seizing on explosions as a handy justification for retaliatory violence
Here’s video:
Well, there’s two options: It was Ukraine, or it wasn’t Ukraine.
If it was Ukraine, good. Everyone knows that this is Putin’s war, and bringing it home to him is only just, and the best chance to end it as soon as possible.
If it wasn’t Ukraine, even better, because this means someone else also wants to end Putin sooner rather than later. If Putin is starting to lose control, this is a good thing.
Clearly a CIA/MI6 plot to undermine the masculinity of glorious Russian youth, who should be listening instead to the spiritual wisdom of a bunch of bearded men in gold frocks.
I can’t believe Ukraine is responsible. Russia would flatten Ukraine’s capital building in response.
Volodymyr Zelensky and his family are more vulnerable than Putin. He has body doubles and rarely is seen in public…
.
And it wasn’t a very big explosion, but it did seem to be precisely on target for maximum visual effect.
Some thoughts on video:
-
Two people on left of dome. Could be guards with electronic anti-drone rifles.
-
The camera shakes, so is presumably handheld. Maybe there was radar or visual identification of incoming drones, so camera was trained on Kremlin. Or could be incompetent execution of false flag. Russia have made various false flag videos during the war and they’ve been fairly amateurish.
-
Drone appears to come from the east, but drone could potentially have been avoiding air defense, which would likely be focused on south direction.
-
Drone appears to explode in the air. Bit strange.
-
Doesn’t appear to have large payload and so not able to do great damage unless hitting something flammable, like fuel or ammo. Putin was not in Moscow, so assassination of Putin theory can be ruled out.
Not following your logic here. If they wanted to flatten it, they would have done so already. They don’t need pretext.
Doesn’t matter if it’s true (and I tend to doubt it anyway), Putin will use it as an excuse for all further horrors he inflicts on Ukraine.
This is the part that makes me think all this “false flag” business is silly. Russia has its war, and in a war, you attack the enemy. You don’t need to find an excuse. You use false flags to get into a war. After you’re in, you’re in it.
We’ve seen them being brutal to people in Ukraine all along. Why didn’t they need an excuse, then, but do now?
And even if Putin was never in any danger, this strike makes Russia look weak. Imagine if Mexico droned the White House, how would Americans react? “How TF did that happen?!?”
I’ve wondered why Ukraine’s Capital building is still standing. Several world leaders have met with Volodymyr Zelensky in that building. I guess Russia doesn’t see a need to expend the resources to flatten it.
Seems unlikely it’s an attack from Ukraine (at least one ordered by the Ukrainian armed forces), because it’s so obviously ineffective. A tiny drone, with a tiny explosive, blowing up over the Kremlin isn’t going to do any significant harm to anyone except roof-dwellers. I think it was either a Russian secret op or an attack from someone other than the Ukrainian military (independent Ukrainians or other opponents of Russia).
I agree, plus its interesting that the drone explodes off to the side of the flagpole, allowing the russian flag to continue to fly.
Drones are so accurate its hard to believe it wasnt an intentional miss.
Rouse the people for the next army conscription.
^This. Putin needs to remind his subjects that Ukraine is still dastardly.
