With this my 1,000th post I offer my first actual contribution to the SDMB:
Triscuit Deli Style Rye Crackers are WONDERFUL!!.
I never thought that a cracker would dethrone Original Triscuits but it has been done.
That is all.

Original Triscuits ROCK!
That being said, if you like the rye thing, you simply must try Original Rye Krisps. With a light schmear of Cheez Whiz. Seriously.
They suck plain, though.
These tastly little devils are available at Costco, and are indescribably delicious.
I’m a Triscuit AND a rye bread fan, so I’ll certainly have to try them. I’m thinking they would pair well with a hot pepper/garlic cheese spread They wouldn’t happen to have caraway seeds in them? Rye without caraway is pretty bland. When I bake rye bread I always double the seeds, AND add a drop or two of caraway oil. Fragrant as all get out, and extra-tasty to boot. Thanks for the heads up.
I will have to try the Triscuit rye crackers. I bought some Townhouse Bistro rye crackers last night. Yummy.
So send me some of these crackers, already - I’m hungry
Nummy nummy nummy, but full of salt. Please consume in moderation.
