We had gotten information that he’d taken to wearing one of the suicide bomber TNT vests, and had no intention of being taken alive. Can you imagine the incredible bravery it took for those troops to go into that basement with that information?

I don’t understand what CNN means by he was wearing a fake beard. Those pictures look real… and he would have had time to grow a real one. Can someone please explain this to me.
