Need to plan a wedding rehersal dinner in Salem later this year. Any suggestions of a good place to hold it? My major concern is that I get value for my money. Something with ambiance. Thanks.
There are a lot of restaurants in Salem, and even more in te general area. How big is your party? how much do you want to spend? what kind of food do you want?
Right in downtown Salem, at one end of the Pedestrian Mall, is Rockafellas, although it’s pricey.
we’ve had a Dopefest at the Salem Beer Works. It was OK, but it has a Beer place ambience, which you might not want.
there’s the ig’s Eye, which always looked interesting, the Tavern on the Square at the Hawthorne Hotel. Several restaurants alomng Washington St. and on Pickering Wharf.
