Here’s a story about how the totally totally peaceful unarmed tourists brought an arsenal of weapons with them when they traveled to DC.
They stashed the arsenal in a specific Northern Virginia hotel, selected for its proximity to the planned insurrection - and developed highly specific plans (which included setting up a quick reaction force) for getting the weapons to the insurrectionists at the Capitol on short notice.
The story includes surveillance video of the insurrectionists bringing the guns into the Virginia hotel.
