so whats the difference between this stuff and Tuong ot toi vietnam chili garlic sauce.cuz someone told me the chili garlic sauce was better
or do they have any thai sauces or whatever that are better then Sriracha.cuz im kinda addicted to this stuff after hearing about it and trying it was just wondering
Sambal oelek doesn’t have garlic in it. That’s about the only difference in the store-bought varieties, although I always felt that the Vietnamese sauces tend to use a bit more liquid [vinegar is typical for the jarred kind].
