25 years ago, when I lived around Fremont, CA ; I was amused by a dental place that advertised on the side of the building the doctors they had, one of the dentists was Dr. Chew.

Well, there are two Dr Chews there now, part of “The Chew group”!
My family name, in German, has to do with farming with horse teams. My grandfather was in WWI, and was a mule teamster in the army that helped defeat Germany. That’s as close as anyone I know has come to matching.
I just heard a very interesting story on NPR about scientists attempting to create artificial blood. But the thing that really stood out to me was the researcher’s name. Now the transcript isn’t available yet, so I can’t be 100% sure I didn’t mishear it, but it sure sounds to me like his name is Dr. Doctor.
And it looks like we got a twofer – in literally the same episode of All Things Considered there was another story featuring a scientist who studies animal behavior named Jeff Katz. He’s actually studying dog behavior, but still…
