Sanders's Supporters Brownshirts Stop Trump Rally in Chicago

Based on their track record so far, their aggression is a reaction to the mere presence of an Other in their midst.

Cool story bro.

Hey, you’re the one who said that their presence was aggressive.

He wasn’t protesting? And he was on the floor of a Trump rally? I guess we could assume that he was a Trump supporter?

And yet you did. Interesting.

Why would you? He could be a confirmed Hillary voter, but that doesn’t make him a protester. Lots of people at Trump rallies have been ejected for just standing there.

“Get him out!” is the new “You’re fired!”.

So, all attendees at a Trump rally are either supporters or protesters? There is absolutely no one who is neither? That can’t be right.

There should also have been cops, ticket-takers, equipment handlers, hot dog venders, and reporters. Nah, the reporters would have been Hillary supporters. I suppose there could have been a plethora of confused people who simply wandered off the street, entered the arena without a ticket, and accidentally found themselves in the middle of an anti-free speech protest.

You are missing the point. Is it your opinion that all Hillary supporters are de facto protesters?

So, in your mind, everyone other than people actually working at the event (and every member of the press, apparently) is either a supporter or a protester. Got it.

I’m not sure why I’m making the effort, but… There would also be people there who thought it would just be an interesting event to experience, and those who weren’t sure what all the fuss was about this Trump fellow and who wanted to find out for themselves, and people who weren’t much interested themselves but who went because a friend wanted to, or many other reasons why someone might attend a rally.

Was he a confirmed Hillary voter? Was he a protester? Was he a homeless person who wandered in to keep warm?

And they decided to stand between two groups of individuals who were shouting at each other??? Maybe these non-affiliated visiters just wanted a better view of the flying spittle?

In the absence of contradicting evidence, we have to take the word of the two men who were being ejected for standing there.

He snuck in pretending to be white.

You are mischaracterizing what happened. In the interview you cited, the guy himself says that he was in a group of people that was having words with Trump supporters, and that the argument was attracting attention, and that’s what led to the removal.

What if a group of Trump supporters were to go to a Bernie rally and distract the crowd by getting into a boisterous argument with some berniebros? Would you be surprised and outraged if the organizers of the event kicked them out?

I’m trying to picture Bernie Sanders saying, “I’d like to punch that guy in the face,” or “in the old days they would have carried that guy out on a stretcher,” and it’s just not tracking.

Not even with Larry David playing the part.

But, at his last rally, he kept saying, “Historically, Taunton is part of Minehead already!”

I don’t know why, but it made more sense than his usual material.

Bernshirts blocking road leading to Trump rally

Those vehicles should be considered abandoned, and donated to the Trump campaign.

And anyone who blocks public roadways for the purposes of denying Americans their right to peaceful assembly and political speech should do jail time, and be barred for life from getting student loans, grants, or jobs who’s salary is funded by tax dollars.
