No telepathy required, just basic patenting. This isn’t a court of law. We don’t have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Sarah knew everything her kids were up to (and she probably didn’t know everything ), but at a minimum, as a seated juror in the court of public opinion, I find by a preponderance of the evidence that she at least should have known her daughter was drinking and was sexually active. If she couldn’t at least pick up on that much, then she wasn’t paying attention as a parent.
I cannot claim expertise on the Palin family’s escapades, but I don’t trust your declarative factual summaries and conclusions much.
For example, it seems to me that Levi has made many comments intended to portray the Palins in a negative light. It also seems to me that the source for the claim that Levi spent overnights in Bristol’s room, and that Sarah knew, was Levi’s own revelations on the Tyra Banks talk show. Is there some other, more reliable, reason to believe this claim? There may well be – I just don’t know it.
Even if Sarah knew Bristol was sexually active, and even if she knew Bristol drank alcohol, how did she know it was blackout, falling-down drunk?
Has anyone in the Palin family denied that Levi was sleeping in Bristol’s room?

Well, Bristol did get pregnant. If Levi says they had sex in her room, and Sarah says they never had sex, the evidence would seem to make his claim a little more credible.

Celebrity politician Sarah Palin’s stint as a prospective juror in Alaska appears to be over. The courthouse in Palmer had this recorded message Thursday:
“To all June petit jurors, your services will not be needed for the remainder of the month. On behalf of the Alaska Court System, I would like to thank you for your dedicated service this past month.”

The former mayor of Wasilla, Palin would do her jury duty at the courthouse in nearby Palmer. There was a call for jurors there Tuesday, but Palin was that day in Iowa at the screening of a movie about her political life in Alaska. It is also possible she was called to serve on the Palmer grand jury, which is still meeting, but it appears to have also held meetings while she was gone.

I’m not certain.
But I didn’t claim to be certain. I’m asking the OP how he became certain. The OP asserts as fact that Palin’s daughter liked to get blackout, falling-down drunk. I didn’t assert that she didn’t – I aksed how he knew that she did.
