Mine is pretty basic. Cheese and fried onions. But it MUST have home fries with fried onions as well!

Just whatever cheddar happens to be in the fridge.
But I require fried potatoes with onions and peppers; grilled kielbasa, chorizo, or andouille; an iced V-8 with lemon; and heavily buttered rye toast on the side. Grits would be okay, too. With sausage gravy. A large cup of Nicaraguan French roast, black, no sugar. Fresh blueberry muffins with Irish butter. Grits, again. Maybe a beefsteak, medium rare. Chowder…?

Ham, cheddar, and the hottest salsa you have. Some fresh chopped tomato would go well, too, if they’re in season. And I wasn’t thinking of olives originally, but seeing Askia mention them, yeah, throw in some black olives, too.
Linguisa, green chiles, green onions, jack cheese. With some of the same salsa Chronos is having on the side. And some of ivylass’s OJ with a few splashes of Champagne thrown in.
Mozzarella and cheddar, shredded; some green and red peppers; bits of sausage and ham; a dash of black pepper. Serve with crispy toast, fruit salad, and a tall glass of milk.
I want eggrolls.
