That’s it. Saw it last night at a preview. Wasn’t bad. Any questions about it?
Just one. Is it really the “last” TNG film or was it merely the “beginning of the their final journey” thereby implying at least one sequel? A simple answer sans explanation will do.
The way it ends, I would fully expect a sequel.
Unless it flops at the box office. I mean, it’s no Generations, but, thankfully, it’s no Insurrection, either.
Funny, I actually liked Generations far *less than Insurrection… and I didn’t like Insurrection much. First Contact was the best STNG movie in my book.
So, my question is this: is Nemesis as action-oriented as the trailers make it out to be? The trailers I’ve seen seem to be selling it as a rock-em, sock-em action film. Is it really like that?
Does this Remus thing make sense or add anything to the Trek universe or is it just a cheap add on?
Spock was left on Romulus trying to get them to make nice.
Is e mentioned?
You know the rules on drug references
Busted, dammit.
Who is Troi screwing in this movie?
It kinda looks like Captain Picard in the commercials, but I don’t even want to go there.
Probably the clone guy, right?
As much as any Trek film is. There do some pretty excellent stuff with the space battles in this one.
Cheap add-on. The Remans will be forgotten immediately after this film. But the whole thing does have significant impact on Romulan-Federation relations.
Nope.
Riker. It’s a scene I really didn’t need to see.
I’m there dude.
Does Data sing? Please tell me there’s no singing.
ummm…
stay home.
I just got back from a matinee…
I’m going to be sad for a while. Sorry.
Woo… Ebert was harsh.
Spot on about the whole Star Trek thing nowadays though.
Achernar I’m with you. :^( The last scene with B4 helped a little…but no, not really.
Ebert works for the Chicago Sun Times. That’s why he did a spot on Early Edition. I love figuring things out five years later. Soon I will tell you who shot JR.
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Not him!
Dammit!
What Smeghead said.
Bastards.
