I’m brand new to these forums. I heard about you guys from a friend of mine and also from many people on the Skeptic’s Guide to the Universe forums.
Anyway, since I’m new here I wanted to let everyone know about a World of Warcraft guild that I have recently started that people here might be interested in.
The guild is called <Science Based Alchemy> and it is a guild for skeptics, rationalists, and critical thinkers in general. The goal of the guild is to hang out and have fun with rational critical thinkers of like minds.
The guild is also going to be focusing some energy on a blog called “The Skeptical Ready Check” that will mix 90% skepticism with 10% WoW. The blog will be primarily contributed to by members of the guild.

Funkytown: As the SDMB runs its’ own guild - the Burning Dog Legion - in this forum, it’s inappropriate to market your own guild here. While competition isn’t a net negative, or prohibited, that guild is the extension of the social community of the SDMB. If you want to participate in our discussions about WoW, there are appropriate places for that - see the sticky on the front page of the Game Room and the general WoW discussion thread.
