You know there’s lots of Republicans that aren’t even Christian? Just in case you’re trying to make some veiled religious stab on the whole “sex is only for procreation thing.” And of course until recent years Catholics were traditionally Democrats.
No, it was pretty much the whole outlawing sex toys and sodomy and (in some places) oral sex thing in predominantly red states that gave me that impression. Well. That and trying to take away women’s procreative choices.
