Like I said all of two seconds ago, lets hear what John says. Hopefully, he will take the context of the relevant thread in mind. Due to bickering started by others, it seems like it is about to end. I did my best to stop that from happening.
Sorry, wrong. From this Cite:
Now I’m sure you feel you “won” that round since you told me I was wrong.
And here’s the part that people have been trying to get you to realize: You pulled these facts from your ass less than 20 minutes after I posted, about 15 from the time 42fish said the same thing. You seem to be so gung-ho about getting into the fight to score points that you just slap something up there. I got the link to PBS in about 10 seconds, searching for “Japaneses Camps WWII”, to back up my original claim. It’s not that hard!
This is what I meant a few pages back when I mentioned the Mercedes hood ornament on the Yugo. You can change your posting style all you want, but even well crafted bullshit is, in the end, still bullshit.
ElvisL1ves: open a Pit thread accusing me of the same faults that this thread accuses Scott of.
I’m think it won’t get the near-universal agreement that this one has.
But please, test this theory. Go right ahead.
As I tend to favor an originalist interpretion, I have to let Scott slide on this one. We specifically said “GD” to allow him to continue posting as usual in the other fora.
My suggestion would be to not debate **Scott **in other fora during this week, and direct him to a GD thread to ask questions.
No need to. You know it.
Looks like you really do have such an “inability to comprehend arguments”. To repeat:
:wally
Because, while you have been pitted in the past, only now are enough people becoming dissatisfied to start complaining again. Example can be found here , here , and I really loved this one. So yes, you do not notice when others have proved you wrong.
Wouldn’t that actually be a textualist interpretation?
Afterall, the intent was to get Scott to ask more questions in debates…
The only point you’re consistently able to make is that you’re a vapid, uncomprehending semiliterate with pretentions of lucidity.
You’re not fooling anyone. You twice attempted to pit people in inappropriate fora, and now you’re trying to sidestep a challenge you agreed to by pointing a finger and saying, “It’s not me!!! I didn’t do it!!! I was attacked!!” This is typical, and it’s why you’re in the pit in the first place.
You’re too much of an emotional and intellectual baby to follow simple rules, even when they’re self-imposed. Grow the fuck up.

I accept John Mace’s ruling, but because I’ve lost any shred of respect I ever might have had for you at all - however tiny and ethereal - I’m not changing any of the wording above. You slide on a technicality.
No, it’s not. In fact it violates 2 agreements. I agreed to monitor the GD threads, not threads in other fora, so thanks for noting it.
Scott: If you were able to just redirect your answers to another fora, what purpose would the experiment have? There isn’t any question that anyone can ask you that can’t wait 1 week. And that’s why you modified your sig line, so they would know what’s going on.
Duke of Rat, you seem to see my arguments as something far different from my own. My take on these laws is that the gov. passed laws registering certain people as belonging to a certain class. Japanese citizens) They then took those people, and looked them up, as well as people who were not of that class. (the american citizen relatives of the people.)
Sure, so they didn’t look at forms to see if the wives, husbands and children of these groups were on the list, but they didn’t need to. They could simply look at their faces. I still contend that the registration of lead this way before, and will lead this way again.
P.S. On preview, I see John Mace has made his ruling, and I see no reason to contest it. Thank you, your honor. If I defend past statements, I will later due so on ones not on the first page. I was thinking about doing so for Sauron’s post, but as he has asked for someone impartial, I will hold off.
Now that I look again,. I see that John has seen how I posted a responce to Brickers Gd question here. I did so because it looked like that thread was about to close. I suppose that intent doesn’t enter into it.
Because, while you have been pitted in the past, only now are enough people becoming dissatisfied to start complaining again. Example can be found here , here , and I really loved this one. So yes, you do not notice when others have proved you wrong.
OK, Scott. Right you are.
I give up. You win.
All points for this victory should be awarded to Scott. Scorekeepers, please take note.
Cite, just about every thread you have been in, when you argue for a majority forcing it’s views on a minority,MA gay marriage being judical activism, or many other points.
Verb? (“it’s” doesn’t count.)

What kind of fucking moron are you? They locked up or removed ALL American citizens of Japanese ancestry. Being a relative of a resident alien had nothing to do with it. For Pete’s sake, have you no brain at all?
Looks I lost the agreement. After all, Bricker asked for claificcation in a recent GD thread. I could have waited for someone else to post the information he asked for. Instead, I egotitically decided that I was the best on to answer, and I put the anwer in this very thread. Nevermind the fact that it was almost a CS question, I nanswerd it, rather then ignoring it.
But, did I really break down first? I don’t know. John Mace, may I please have a ruling on Shodan’s posts here and here. Both were posted yesterday, both seem to me to be leading questions, and both seem to contain summaries of what he believes the case to be.
Hmm, it looks like he has gone off-line. Well, I will just have to wait.
:smack: Looks (like) I lost the agreement.
Hmm, it looks like he has gone off-line. Well, I will just have to wait.
I’m afraid we’ll all have to wait. Not that we matter.
Good fucking lord. Scott, come back in a year or two when you’ve grown up. I see absolutely no sign that you’re willing to grow up, or capable of heeding advice, now. I give up on you.

Duke of Rat, you seem to see my arguments as something far different from my own.
No shit.
My take on these laws
Which laws? Smith Act? Executive Order 9066??
is that the gov. passed laws registering certain people as belonging to a certain class. Japanese citizens)
Do you ever read a goddamned thing? The Japanese Americans sent to camps in WWII never registered for ANYTHING! The President issued an order giving the military (among others) power to just round them up. They didn’t have any Smith Act list of Japanese Americans since the Smith Act dealt ONLY with foriegn nationals (aliens) NOT US citizens!
They then took those people, and looked them up, as well as people who were not of that class. (the american citizen relatives of the people.)
Basically wrong for reasons pointed out above.
Sure, so they didn’t look at forms to see if the wives, husbands and children of these groups were on the list, but they didn’t need to. They could simply look at their faces.
Or just get the FBI to round them up. Where do you get this stuff from?
I still contend that the registration of lead this way before, and will lead this way again.
What registration? There was no registration, these people were American Citizens pauses to beat head on brick wall for a spell. And your last sentence makes no sense, so much for that new and improved writing style.
And on preview, I see ** This Year’s Model ** has already given the response I wanted to.
Good fucking lord. Scott, come back in a year or two when you’ve grown up. I see absolutely no sign that you’re willing to grow up, or capable of heeding advice, now. I give up on you.
