I’m going to have to agree with Scotty Mo here.

If women everywhere ruled all governments then there would be no wars. One fourth of every government on the planet on any certain week would be on their menstrual period and we can’t have bitchy women making big decisions during that time or else they may say, “Fuck it! Nuke everybody.” and that would be bad. So we would have to make that 1/4 of the governments take that week off and with that many people not around to govern you might as well just shut doen government for that week. But then you’d have to shut down gevernment the next week as well as there will be another set of government types who would have to take that week off and ect. So basically governments would be shut down 100% of the time and with no governments actually working they wouldn’t be able to make wars.

So I actually think Scotty Mo is a genius.
