Crotch-scratching (and subsequent hand-sniffing) has made international news this past month with the German soccer coach caught indulging himself on camera during the international Euro 2016 tournament. He publicly apologised for this, but, even while doing so, it looked as though he was scratching his crotch. He has a bit of a track record of on-camera scratch-n-sniff and nose-picking/boogey-eating incidents, which can be enjoyed in this montage.
