My ID is my initials. I’ve been qts on umpteen message boards and accounts since way back when. I’ve just Googled myself and found that I started using qts there in 1996. Previously, I used my full name and signed myself qts. There’s only one other qts on Usenet and they’re currently inactive. There is or was also a company called QTS which also turned up in Google.
Anyway, I’m me, and I see little point in hiding.

I sometimes go as Scablet O’Hara or Sharon Needles, but I wanted something short and sweet for this message board.
Shadez…hmm… It was a name an ex-friend was using at the time. I think he said it was a band or singer or something. But since he’s now my ex-friend, I changed my location to “inside a color pencil box” to give the reader an impression of Shadez of color, instead.
I got my name from a hobbit name generator which uses your real name to produce the hobbit variation so I’d assume it’s pretty much exclusive to me. I used to go by the handle Xena2000, but it seems so do several other women …
Square + cube = Sqube. Back when I was on AOL (before I knew about the inernet), my screen name was far too descriptive, so my mom made me pick a new one. I don’t know how I came up with it, but it seemed pretty slick at the time so I stick with it.
Mine was the name of an episode of Monty Python’s Flying Circus I used as an internet psuedonymn for a while before joining the SDMB. It has the advantage of sounding like someone’s real name.
I have another name I use for a handle on an online WW2 game which is a corruption of my real life first name.
Linty Fresh is what my wife calls me around the house.
I chose my screen name in honor of one of the greatest and most prolific lovers that ever lived. So nyah.

My wall is covered in photos of Amber Benson and Alyson Hannigan due to my utter worship of these two actresses. My girldfriend came to visit me back in Febuary. This was our first time together and I was a little nervous. While her and I were in bed she play moaned “mmmm upside down Amber” (because of how is was lying.) So it became a joke to us and since she is the one who introduded me to the board I wanted something that she would know… pretty simple.

Tis the season for Cadbury Creme Eggs. God in Heaven must love us if such delicious things exist on earth. But since He’s probably busy with more important stuff, he must have delegated the creation of the Eggs to a lesser angel. Now that angel just makes sure that they appear every year, bringing their joy and sublime bliss.
I hope that when I die, I can work as the Cadbury Angel for a while.

I was just starting to play Diablo II at the time I registered, and I was amused by the game’s constant misspelling of “elemental magicks” for the sorceress. This name is what I named my sorceress at the time.
