Comedy Central has been holding a contest related to the medical comedy Scrubs recently. The contest is entitled “Scrub in and Win”, and it entails looking for two “keywords” - one in each of the back-to-back episodes that airs weeknights. I have been diligently looking for these keywords all week, but to no avail.
Has anyone had any success with this contest?
I keep looking for a word of text randomly placed in the episode in a conspicuous way, but I haven’t seen anything remotely close to this. Are we just supposed to guess any one of the thousands of words spoken in a 30-minute episode?
Help!
The keywords pop up in the lower left corner, just like ads for other shows. That’s probably why you miss them - you’re conditioned to ignore those popups, since you don’t care about the upcoming season of South Park, or whatever else they’re flogging.
I usually miss them because I’m cooking/eating my dinner while the show is on, so I don’t really focus on it. And if I catch the keyword during the first half-hour, I invariably miss the second one, and vice-versa.
**Early Out **is spot on. They unfurl from the lower left corner, I believe.
Thanks you two. I finally saw them. I don’t know how I missed them all week.
This seems like a clever, cheap way of conditioning people to pay attention to the popup ads that they do place down there.
