Two hours to go. Are we really going to lynch DiggitCamara?
I’m not loving this. I realize the case against Rysto is kind of on the weak side too, but are we really at a state where we are sure we don’t believe DiggitCamara’s claim?
To me, the most troubling parts of his claim are:
- His game play seems more like someone trying to avoid getting killed than someone trying to get killed.
- He hasn’t said what would happen if storyteller tried to eat him.
The most troubling parts about killing Diggit are:
- We have a dearth of town power roles.
- His claim pretty much hangs a ‘lynch me’ sign on himself. Something I don’t think scum would really want to do.
I’m of the opinion that Diggit is more likely telling the truth.
I don’t believe Diggit. The only power role from the town that we’ve seen is storyteller’s handicapped vig role. And the masons who are also handicapped to some degree by not being able to communicate. It just seems that this very strong role without any handicap is out of place in this game.
Too much wine in the “lynch me” sign for me to get a read on. I wouldn’t put it past scum, but that does seem to be the weak link.
My vote is going to stay on Diggit – I really have too many problems with the claim.
His role PM seems to imply he would just be eaten - I don’t think a role just immune to one of two (known) kills that likely. On the other hand it might be to prevent to them from proving there powers (until one was confirmed at least otherwise just there words).
But this is thing I would expect a town DiggitCamara to have mentioned (‘I didn’t claim to let Storyteller test me, since I wouldn’t survive that’).
On Rysto’s point of lynch or lose at Summer Four with six scum: yes that seems not that likely - five scum with Red Skeezix as optional six could work though (since he could win with them).

Well, basically I disagree with how far you have gone against Sach. I don’t think that Sach’s play has been nearly as blatantly scummy toDay as you’ve claimed and so I dislike voting with you. So no there is nothing you can do I still think Sach’s case is the strongest it just isn’t as strong as I initially thought.
But when storyteller claimed, wouldn’t you wonder? Wouldn’t you ask Chronos?

Oredigger voted you sach - it’s 5-3-3 by my count. Why should a town dual vote in defense (and is the side effect of it putting Rysto ahead of you important)?
No, I meant have kept it hidden until the actual last minute and trying to convince us of someone better to lynch so that a) you as supposed town would survive and could use you power and b) perhaps an scum would be lynched instead.
You had the whole game to think about it and when you claimed could have tried to show you did. What was your game plan? Did you try to get targeted by scum? Didn’t you consider under what conditions claiming would be worth it (instead of ‘here is a redacted claim. Let’s discuss if it’s useful’).
Because on the slight chance that Spawn votes for Rysto, DiggitCamara would at least get a shot at living.
With the implication that a scum Diggit would have done that by now as he would have nothing to lose. Classic wine - it does make me want to unvote and vote Rysto and you and let the spawn /dice decide :rolleyes:.
