Did Iggy from the Grand Cayman’s participate this round? I just found a card from Iggy in my tax records (yes, filed an extension, still haven’t paid for 2011). I can’t tell when I got this.
But it is a really nice card!
Perhaps it’s a leftover from Round 1?

I got my third card today of London from TD. I am not sure who that is.
