The Negro race is the race that evolved in Africa. The white race evolved in the Near East and in Europe.
Each of these can be readily identified by skeletons and tissue samples for DNA testing. Each differs, not only in terms of average ability levels and behavior, but in terms of susceptibility to various diseases and medical problems. Blacks are more likely to have high blood pressure. Until the development of modern medicines few whites could live in the interior of Africa because of diseases like malaria and sleeping sickness. Blacks have evolved more resistance to these diseases than whites.

Well you would need to define what is meant by “proof.”
Is there proof that smoking cigarettes causes lung cancer in humans? Arguably not, since you can come up with hundreds of possible explanations why smokers are observed to have higher rates of lung cancer – explanations which do not rely on smoking causing cancer.
As far as I know, there has never been a controlled study which definitively demonstrated that smoking causes lung cancer in humans. In fact, such a study would be impossible to perform since (1) the people selected to be smokers would know that they are smoking; (2) it’s widely believed that smoking causes lung cancer; and (3) it’s remotely possible that believing you have a higher risk of lung cancer actually increases your chances of developing lung cancer.
Still, I would maintain it’s been “proven” that smoking cigarettes causes lung cancer in humans in the following sense: The only reasonable explanation for the evidence which is seen is that smoking does indeed cause lung cancer in humans. Which may not be enough to satisfy tobacco industry executives, but it’s enough to satisfy any reasonable, rational person.
Similarly, the only reasonable explanation for black underperformance (which is pretty much universal in space and time) and the failure of attempts to “close the gap” is that much of the cause is genetic.
Note that there is no need to pinpoint the alleles or set of alleles which are responsible just as there is no need to pinpoint the exact mechanism by which tobacco smoke causes lung cancer. The circumstantial evidence is sufficient proof.

Aha, well that makes things easy. All humans evolved in Africa, so we are all part of the Negro race and there are no members of the white race. Problem solved with that definition.
Biased sample. I have not compared small samples of whites and blacks. I have compared the averages from everyone who took the SAT in various years. I have also compared crime rates compiled by the FBI.
That was not the point you numnuts, the point there was to mention that you are only as good as your sources are, and in reality your sources are the pits, your last one is better, but they do not separate the results by race, hardly useful for your propositions.
