Historic defensive performance from Seattle and it’s still a close game. Wish I’d have started my other defense (which I legitimately thought I did) to close it out.
Munch needs Wes Welker to outscore Stevan Ridley for 18 points, otherwise I advance to the championship game against Omni. If I lose, and Varlos wins, he’s in. Otherwise Munch.
Good first half for Munch. Normally you’d say a team way ahead would rely on the RB more therefore I’m a good bet, but it’s the Pats, so who knows.
I admit that I’m a bit surprised at how this league shook out with every team except one having total points scored in the 3100’s and the points against in the 3050=3200 range. That’s really close considering the length of the season.
I’m thinking the large roster size evens out the week to week fluctuations in scoring of the individual players. Each team has studs, high upside guys, and mediocre players to plug in, and over the course of the season, they all kinda balance out. No team is dominant because the talent pool evens out with the huge rosters and small ownership numbers.
But then I checked last year’s numbers and then there was a much wider fluctuation in scoring, so maybe I’m completely wrong.
I’m not sure if it’s parity or just evening out the noise.
Remember that our structure is to allow a 2 week championship and relegation bowl game with combined scores to determine the outcome.

BTW, given the nature of this league, I think for next year we could just shed the head to head matchup aspect and go for a points league. I’ll propose it in the thread next year.
Yay, RG3 is back. But I’m worried that 1 week without him already cost me.
I’m 19 points behind Omni for the first half of the championship, and Munch is 26 behind Retro for the relegation bowl.
Good start for me, except having a high scoring defense on my bench again.
Well this definitely won’t be a low scoring affair.

Damn - this was a really fun league, I’m bummed to be relegated. What a bad streak of luck I ran into at the end of the season!
Whew. I really did not want to go from champ to relegation in one season.
