SDMB Photo Assignment 5: Photos Due May 1

We had a freakish snowfall a couple days ago and I went out to see what I could find for ‘white,’ when I happened on this in a rather unkempt garden sheltered by a big old cedar tree. There’s lots of white, there are at least two elements, and if you look closely, the garden statue is in profile…
I’ll try to find more worthy pictures, but the coincidence amused me.

I see fire, earth, and water. Where’s wind?

Well technically it is air, and without it how would the fire stay burning?
(I know kinda lame but whatever)

Why thank you, When I saw white as a subject, I just couldnt use anything else.

OK, here are my contributions:

The profile shot was taken, by coincidence, just before the assignment was posted. The rest were shot for the assignment.

Cheers.

Another ditto. Good work.

Hal, thanks for the interesting and challenging assignments!

Pigboy, I love your “White” !

El_Kabong, nice job on “Element,” it looks so wet, like you could stick your hand right through the computer screen and be wet.

Here are mine:

Element

White Okay, this is cheating, or as I prefer to say, creative interpretation.

Choice My choice for this month was really supposed to be my “Fence” for last month. It was one of those things where work went crazy and I didn’t have the opportunity to finish the assignment and post. But I was really proud of “Fence” and didn’t want it to go to waste.

Elements: water

Choice - My two-year old on Easter (I have used her in several of these photo assignments, but she is photogenic and at that age when she isn’t self-conscious about posing for photos).

Do’h,

That should be my two-year old niece on Easter.

Here we go with mine:
