I got mine today! It’s a nice soft grey shirt that says “Illinois” and it was from AwSnappity, who has beautiful handwriting. She also gave me 2 packs of Starburst (sour and fruit creme, neither of which I’ve tried before) and a HUGE package of Dots. Pretty cool, and pretty tasty.
A great big Pleasant thanks to Mama Tiger for my shirt from Japan! A Pleasant Time was had by all.

Didn’t have to – apparently I was correct, he (owlstretchingtime) didn’t renew, but has read this thread. Got the following email from him this morning:
If there’s anyone else who didn’t renew and so can’t post an acknowlegement, pls., pls., pls., email me (twickster47 at yahoo dot com) and let me know, I’ll be happy to report back to your person.
My count currently is that of the 57 people doing swaps (counting Portia as two people, since she’s doing two swaps), 31 people have gotten their T-shirts. Since we just had a flurry of people reporting that they’ve mailed, let’s go to the end of the week before I start figuring out who the deadbeats are and go after them. (And you ain’t seen nothing till you’ve seen the wrath of twickster!) Don’t worry, folks – we’ll find someone to adopt anyone left orphaned by an inconsiderate swapper – no one will go T-shirtless at the end of this.

Glad you liked it, exastris – man, that was the best discovery I ever made in Japan, the Uniqlo store that had the best collection of Engrish shirts on the face of the planet. Good quality, too; I still wear several others regularly, and it’s been a few years!

Glad you like it. I mentioned the exchange to my husband and he pulled that shirt right out of his drawer. I had to search for some of your posts to make sure it wouldn’t offend you - I didn’t know your sensibilities. My sweetie will be glad to know that it’s gone to someone who appreciates it. I got my shirt from **feppytweed ** a week ago. But apparently, the note fell down behind the couch…so I didn’t find it until today, and thus had no idea who it was from! :o So I’m really sorry, feppy, and thanks for the great shirt! My SO loves the color and has already apprpriated it.
