Ah, it is time once again for a nice place to sit down and relax. Come on in, grab a seat and let’s have some idle chitchat. There are some nice easy chairs and couches to get comfortable.
I brought munchies. There are extra filling oreo cookies, chocolate chip cookies, and plenty of chips with dip. Since winter is quickly approaching, how about a cup of hot tea or chocolate?
Did you hear the gossip about you know who, with you know what. I understand even the moderators’ hair stood on end. Did anyone hear what the punishment actually was?
Oh isn’t it nice to get a few people together to enjoy a nice cup of tea. Oh if someone is in the family way we need to start thinking of a nice present to get them, but is the father known or are we going to have to do a DNA test?
I hear that all of the SDMB presidential candidates are wicked to the core and taking bribes from every shifty eye doper.
Oh, did you hear about the one going home for Thanksgiving, I understand there is an old romance that may be brewing.

Strainger takes a seat and grabs a stack of Oreos. He disassembles one and keeps the half containing the icing. He disassembles another one and peels the icing out, placing it on top of the first half that he kept. He repeats this about six times. Then he disassembles the last Oreo, keeping the half with the icing, closes up his custom thick-icing sandwich cookie, and begins to eat it.
“Hey, do y’all have any Double-Stuff? What? What are y’all looking at?”
Oh a tea party! flops down on a huge cushion on the floor by the couch and leans back against the couch I’ll just have some Earl Grey with sugar please. Oh and cookies! grabs a few chocolate chip and some chips and dip and munches a moment Um I don’t really know any gossip. I usually hang around the fringes and since I’ve been cut off the net for the most part at home I don’t get here much. smiles If you don’t mind I’ll just listen to catch up on the latest happenings.

Ah yes, I just made a fresh pot of tea, let me freshen up everyones cup. I changed into a new party dress, do you think it is too much? It is bright pink, blue and purple, with lots of ruffles and flowers and bows and ribbons, with sequins and beads.
